Q + A

When do we need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 9, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to make it.

How do we RSVP?

Please RSVP on our wedding website by selecting RSVP from the menu or home screen. Type in your name and it should prompt you to answer a few questions and then you are all set! If you are unable to do so, please email us your RSVP at ryanemily06092025@gmail.com or text Emily or Ryan.

What do I do if I can't make it?

We will miss you! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "decline" so that we can plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! :) The couple is requesting their guests to wear black or neutral (browns, beiges, creams, champagne) cocktail attire. Our wedding will be held outside on a grass lawn, so please be mindful of any stiletto heels and feel free to bring a jacket/sweater in case it gets a little chilly at night.

Are kids invited?

We love the littles, but we kindly ask to not bring any additional kiddos unless they are included on the invitation. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

There will be plenty of parking on property, but we highly encourage carpooling or using a ride share service (especially if you plan on consuming any alcohol during the night).

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our venue is on a beautiful ranch so both the ceremony and reception will be held outside. There will be very limited indoor space.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres/pupus at our cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of starches, meats, fish, and salad will be served. If you or anyone in your party have any dietary restrictions, please note so on your RSVP.

Do we have to attend the ceremony?

Everyone is invited to attend both the ceremony and the reception. Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding a seat. If you are planning on being late to the ceremony, we do ask that you wait until the ceremony concludes to join us for the cocktail hour and reception.

Do I need to bring cash?

Both food & drinks are on us! The bar will be accepting cash tips if you would like to tip your bartender. We will also be having some special entertainment during the night if you would like to bring some cash for good luck and prosperity!
